You can easily find a number of tutorials for these on the internet. Basically, you mix warm water, glitter glue, glitter, more glitter, big glitter, small glitter, shaped glitter, maybe a few beads, and, if you are feeling really adventurous, a drop of food colouring. Then, you shake it up, relax, enjoy the glittery goodness any time you are feeling cranky, stressed or out of sorts. The idea is that, by the time it has settled, your nerves probably will have, too. And, really, with all that glitter, how could they not?
