Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for peanut butter cookies. Use natural (non-sweetened, non hydrogenated) peanut butter. When possible, we recommend organic brown sugar, organic peanut butter (if you can buy it without spending your life’s savings ~ Costco has their own brand, and the price is pretty good, but we already had this jar of conventional natural peanut butter open), and local eggs. Try to find a friend who keeps chickens, and negotiate a trade of some sort ~ like, maybe, “If you give us eggs, we will make you peanut butter cookies.” 🙂
